Recently had primary bath and closet remodeled. Work included framing, new electrical, new plumbing, tiling, and wood floor in closet. Work was exceptionally professional, accomplished quickly, and all was done with minimal disruption to our daily lives. Highly recommend.

We picked Fitzwater Construction to finish our basement.  They were booked out, like everyone else, but Alan stayed in touch with us and started the job on time.  Everything was finished in about 6 weeks, and the quality is excellent!  They managed the whole project, made a bunch of nice suggestions, and delivered everything on budget.  We'll definitely use them the next time we have a home improvement project.

We want to thank Alan and Curtis for doing such a fabulous job on our basement! It went from just studs to an awesome new and fun living space in such a short time. Alan has unbelievable attention to detail, wonderful craftsmanship and is very responsive and punctual. He even went well beyond helping me pick out items! At one point I thought I wasn’t going to have the stairs treads I wanted that matched the flooring but he found them, went to Atlanta, picked them up and surprised us when I heard him installing them! Thanks Alan for doing such great work!  Can’t wait to see what you’ll do with our deck next year!!!

Fitzwater converted a  screen porch into all weather room for us.  We have had a lot of construction done over the years, but this is probably the most pleasant experience we have ever had.  He always responds to phone calls and texts promptly.  He was always there when he said he would be and worked non-stop.  Very honest and takes pride in his work.  Wanted to make sure we were pleased during entire process.  Did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier.  Highly recommend Fitzwater to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

Alan and his team added a roof and cover to our brick patio that was poured when we bought our new house.  Alan came out to review what we wanted and draw up a plan.  He had great ideas to go along with our vision He sent the estimate very quickly.
The result was fabulous.  He built a roof and covered structure for the patio and added privacy since we are on a corner lot with no privacy.  He was always on time and always cleaned up at the end of each day.  The neighbors even commented on how tidy it was!
Alan was so easy to work and communicated issues quickly.  He also was very good at listening to any changes we wanted to make.
We get so many compliments on our newly covered patio.  It looks like it was original with the house—he matched everything.  And the Quality was GREAT!

We highly recommend Fitzwater Construction.
First, they built a new closet and built-in desk for our bonus room. Nobody can tell the closet was an add-on. It looks like it was built with the house. It came out great.
8 months later, we had them build an addition onto the back of the house which is now our master closet and below is a covered patio. The pictures speak for how it turned out but I can tell you everyone is amazed!
There’s a reason they’re booked up for months. So if you get a quote and it’s in the ballpark of what you had in mind, book them because it almost cost us several months when we waited to put down a deposit.
